Jill brings over 20 years of expertise to the property industry, with extensive experience across all aspects of residential sales and lettings.

As a proud Propertymark member, Jill holds a Level 3 qualification in Residential Sales, Lettings & Property Management, earning her both MARLA and MNAEA accreditation. Her career has also expanded into commercial property, student housing, and HMOs, giving her a broad and versatile understanding of the market. She is particularly passionate about compliance and transparency, ensuring her clients always receive a service that is professional, trustworthy, and clear.

Outside of work, Jill is a dedicated family person with a love for musical theatre. She enjoys exploring new places, meeting new people, and making the most of life’s experiences.

Harvey Clarke

Lettings Negotiator

Harvey is our enthusiastic Trainee Estate Agent, currently working towards his Level 2 Propertymark qualification in Residential Sales, Lettings & Property Management.

Keen to build a strong foundation in the property industry, Harvey is gaining hands-on experience across all areas of the business while studying towards his accreditation. His drive, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn make him a valued member of the team, and he is committed to developing the skills that will allow him to deliver an excellent service to clients both now and in the future.

Away from the office, Harvey is a keen sportsman with a particular passion for football, where he plays regularly for his local team. He also enjoys keeping active, following sporting events, and spending time with friends and family.
